Once you’ve confirmed your performance(s), you’re almost there. To make sure that everything runs smoothly on the day, we recommend the following.

Before the Performance

•  As soon as your event is confirmed, be in contact with your venue(s) directly. You can find their phone number and/or email address on their Solstice profile. If you don’t know your venue contact, please write to us at mmc@imfchicago.org.
•  Confirm your technical needs (if any) will be accompanied by the venue (power, stage, piano, etc.)
•  Confirm logistical needs (arrival time, loading area, parking information, performance duration, etc.)

On the Big Day

•  Arrive 30 minutes or more prior to your scheduled performance time.
•  Have the name and number of your venue contact.
•  Have fun!
