Once you have confirmed your performance(s) on Solstice, you’re almost there.

To make sure everything runs smoothly on the performance day, we recommend the following:

Before the Performance

•  As soon as your event is confirmed, be in contact with your performer(s) directly. You can find their phone number and/or email address on their Solstice profile. If you don’t know who your artists is please write to us at mmc@imfchicago.org.
•  Confirm their technical needs (if any) and whether you can accommodate them (power, stage, piano, etc.)
•  Confirm logistical needs (arrival time, loading area, parking info, performance duration, etc.)
•  Invite the performers to visit your site before the day of.

On the Big Day

•  Be sure to arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled start time.
•  Have the name and phone number of your performer(s).
•  Greet the performers when they arrive and help them get settled in.
•  Have fun!
